Patient Care Coordinator + Social Media Manager
Starting pay: $25-30/hr
Calista Aesthetics is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator + Social Media Manager to join our team and our growing business! With this position, you will be given autonomy and trust as you help guide patients through our services and match their needs to the right injectors. You Will (Responsibilities)
- With a smile, greet and check-in patients.
- Provide value to our patients by educating them on our products, programs, and services.
- Assist with managing appointments.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining treatment rooms.
- Respond to communication from phone, text, emails and social media inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to create social media content.
- Be our social butterfly! You are the first person our patients see and interact with. Lead with love!
You Have (Requirements)
- Experience in product/service sales and light consultations within a medical aesthetic setting.
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics treatments to pre-screen patients before booking. Don’t worry, the team will assist with in-depth questions regarding each treatment.
- Attention to details. We aim for excellence. Your ability to see the smallest details will compound as it approaches the bigger picture.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and experience managing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Friendly and approachable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and alternating Thursday and Saturday
Bilingual is a plus.
